Initially Chhajed Foods Pvt. Ltd. started its production of snacks pellets using local machinery, with a capacity of

manufacturing 300 kgs. of snacks pellets per day.

The Chhajed Foods Pvt. Ltd. group went on to enhance its automation capabilities by adding an India manufactured, automated extruder machine with a capacity of producing 300 kgs. of snacks pellets per hour.

Going from strength to strength, Chhajed Foods Pvt. Ltd. recently added another imported, fully PLC based Cooker Extruder machine with

a production capacity of 1000 kgs. per hour.

Chhajed Foods Pvt. Ltd. - the first company in India to use automization of distance cutting system and shaping process of pioneer products like Baby Rings, Sun Rings and Plus. The products are produced from India’s first automated indigenous Continuous Drying System.
